Caroline Lord Joins the Team at Impact Foundation
Caroline serves as Director of CX Initiative Management, where she helps lead key efforts from strategic formation through execution in support of the organization’s mission: investing charitable capital to create economic, social, and spiritual transformation.
A financial services veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Caroline brings deep expertise in product innovation, program leadership, and complex initiatives. Her career includes program leadership roles with National Christian Foundation and large financial services organizations, including Truist, Citi, and Fiserv, where she led cross-functional programs involving payments strategy, platform migrations, and product management.
Caroline earned her Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College and holds certifications in Six Sigma, Pragmatic Marketing, and IDEO Design.
She and her husband, Scott, live in Atlanta and enjoy the Georgia Tech–University of Georgia rivalry further fueled by their two college-aged children, each attending one of those colleges. Caroline is also active in church ministry serving the teens and women of her parish.
