Welcoming Dawn Stephens to the Impact Foundation Team

Dawn serves as Solution Counsel at Impact Foundation, bringing deep expertise from her years as General Counsel and as an attorney for a variety of organizations.

Throughout her career, she has focused her talents on work that advances health, community, and transformational impact—experience that positions her well to partner with Impact Foundation’s Donor/Investors and Portfolio Companies. Dawn plays an integral role on the Customer Experience Team, helping shape products and services that align with our Donor/Investors’ specific investment goals and needs.

Proudly a “Georgia girl,” Dawn was raised and educated in the Peach State. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Physics from Clark Atlanta University, followed by a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rice University, and ultimately a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia.

A devoted Christ follower, Dawn finds joy in mentoring and leading Bible studies and classes—especially for women—as they deepen their faith and relationship with the Lord. Now living in Dallas, she loves spending time with her family, doting on her nephews, and investing in the people around her.
