Serving vulnerable communities in countries such as Haiti, El Salvador, Bolivia, and Mexico, New Story combines innovative construction technology with a mission to end homelessness and improve quality of life.
In collaboration with local communities and leaders, the organization works to finance and develop land by securing underutilized land and building infrastructure, including roads, power, and sanitation. Next, they move to enable land ownership with affordable monthly payments. Then, with land as collateral, families can build credit and unlock home financing, helping them qualify for home loans.
New Story works to support sustainable development with long-term impact and is positioned to address the growing need for scalable housing solutions.
