Renaissance HoldCo

Renaissance HoldCo is undertaking the development of The Renaissance Center on Jefferson, a 52,000-square-foot mixed-use project located in the historic Jefferson Street corridor of North Nashville. The development is designed to increase the supply of affordable housing in a historically African American community while serving residents, businesses, and organizations in a neighborhood directly connected to downtown Nashville.

The Renaissance Center on Jefferson aims to revitalize Jefferson Street by integrating housing, commercial, and community-serving uses into a single development. The project is expected to support job creation through new office and retail activity while providing space for organizations that promote entrepreneurship and economic mobility. Together, these elements are intended to strengthen the neighborhood and support long-term, inclusive growth.
