WA Real Estate Holdings is a Florida-based real estate company formed to acquire, renovate, and steward a new campus for Westminster Academy, a nonprofit Christian classical school in Tampa. The company’s mission is to provide bridge financing and long-term property support that enables the school to expand its educational programs, serve more families, and ultimately transition ownership of the campus to Westminster Academy.
The company is overseeing the acquisition and redevelopment of a nearly three-acre property that will become a permanent K–12 educational campus with expanded classroom and outdoor learning space. By supporting Westminster Academy’s growth from an elementary program into a full K–12 educational community, WA Real Estate Holdings is helping increase access to Christ-centered classical education for students and families throughout the Tampa area. Through its investment in educational infrastructure, the company advances a vision of cultivating intellectual integrity, strong faith, and servant leadership in future generations.
