Welcoming Kim Moeller to the Impact Foundation Team

Kim serves as a Senior Advisor at Impact Foundation, where she enjoys helping Donor/Investors discern their hopes and goals and then invest charitable capital in enterprises that reflect the causes they care about most.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from UCLA and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation. Kim also pursued a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Southern Methodist University—an academic path that reflects her wide-ranging curiosity and love of learning.

Before joining Impact Foundation, Kim built a successful career in benefits consulting and 401(k) plans. She currently also serves as the San Diego Area Director for the National Christian Foundation (NCF), helping individuals and families shape their giving strategies. Additionally, Kim is the creator and host of The Generosity Girl Podcast, where she and her guests share inspirational stories of generosity through Faith, Family, Finances, Fitness, and Friendship.

At home, Kim and her husband, Carl, treasure time with their four grown children, now married and spread out across both coasts. A creative at heart, Kim has a flair for interior and floral design, enjoys exploring new cultures through international travel, and speaks Swedish—a nod to her adventurous spirit.
