Welcoming Baylie Poisner to Impact Foundation

Baylie Poisner serves as a Portfolio Company Advisor at Impact Foundation, where she supports Portfolio Companies by monitoring and tracking impact metrics, assisting with portfolio services, and helping organizations develop and implement faith integration plans that align business operations with Christian values and mission.

Baylie graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Economics.

Prior to joining Impact Foundation, Baylie worked in grants management and financial systems implementation, partnering with more than 100 nonprofit and public-sector organizations to streamline business processes, improve data quality, and strengthen grants reporting and impact measurement. She also served as a people manager and led financial systems integrations from the business perspective, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

Baylie lives in Kansas City with her husband. Together, they lead Game Night Gospel, a young professionals’ Bible study, and she volunteers in the early childhood ministry at their church. In her free time, Baylie enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with family, and playing games.
