Founded in London in 2020, Niya’s AI assistants help workers in the Global South support US and UK small and medium-sized businesses with AI transformation. They have empowered 11,000+ people across 90+ countries through job alerts, résumé help, mock interviews, and training.
By combining AI and inclusive design, Niya is building a more equitable global workforce.
